The morning Tennis camp is at the following time based on the age group:
- 4 to 8 years old: 8:30-9:45am
- 9-11 years old: 10:45-12pm
- 12+ years old: 9:45-11am
Question about the Swim Camp:
The swim team is a separate registration from tennis and that participants have to be members of the Hamlet pool to join the swim and dive teams
Transition opportunity (not mandatory):
1. For the U8 swimmers who have their swim practice at 10:30am, we can offer to help on the transition for an additional fee, and keep them on the tennis court until their swim practice time, so you do not have to do the transition between swim & tennis, and you can just come to pick them up at the end of their swim practice.
2. For the Little Feet swimmers who have their swim practice at 11:15am, we can offer to help on the transition for an additional fee and keep them on the tennis court until their swim practice time, so you do not have to do the transition between swim & tennis, and you can just come to pick them up at the end of their swim practice.

Again, enrolling in the tennis camp does not enroll your child in the Swim camp, it's two different camp!
Terms and conditions:
Since we are an outdoor only facility, if it rains we will have to cancel the class for that day. We will notify you by email. If you have purchased a week of camp, you will receive credit to come on another available day within the Summer sessions. With prior approval by the Tennis Director, you can also choose to join a class in another program.
Lateregistration fee policy (for Summer Camp):
We want to make every week as FUN and MEMORABLE as possible. For that to happen, your child must be signed up at least the Saturday night before the beginning of the week of camp in which he/she will participate, otherwise, a $50 late fee will be added. The earlier we know how many children are participating, the better we can assign the appropriate amount of coaches, to ensure all players reach their top potential!
Missing class policy:
If you can't attend a class, you need to let us know the day before in order for us to communicate with our coaches the number of players who will be attending the clinic. If you do not communicate with us the day before, we will not be able to offer you a make-up opportunity.
Minimum Number of registrants policy:
Classes will need a minimum number of registrants or the class will be canceled. Refunds would be issued in that event.
Refund Policy: Tennis Central does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Payments received can be redeemed in the form of credits that can be applied to any product or service that Tennis Central provides. No shows and late cancellations are not granted credits.
